For the past two weeks, a lot of things happened. I met new people and made new friends. It felt so good to break away from the past and from what my world used to revolve in. Over the weekend one question popped in my head: How could some people take all the pain and get hurt just stay within their comfort zone? Is it because they feel that they'll lose themselves in the process of trying new things... Or maybe because they're too hooked to figure out that there's something big out there that they are already missing? Everyday, I still try to figure why some things happen at the wrong time. Or maybe it's the right time and all you have to do is make a choice. I think it's harder when you have options, it's not easy to decide, only when you feel that you're making the right decision, you suddenly panic and go back to your options. I know that time has it's way of deciding things for you. It's either you wait for nothing or start building something. Just like what the lyrics of song says... "Sweet things build on these Sweet things build on me" I started building on sweet things a few days back and it gives me good reasons to smile and live each day. Current Location: Pasig

Arroyo signed in Malacañang Tuesday Republic Act 9504 or an act amending Sections 22, 24, 34, 35, 51, and 79 of RA 8424 or the National Internal Revenue Code of 1997.
From the current P20,000 personal exemption for single taxpayers, P25,000 for head of family, and P32,000 for married individual, the tax exemption will be fixed at P50,000.
...all holiday, night differential, hazard, and overtime pay would also be tax-exempt.

Pandora
It's been a while since I last updated my LJ. Haven't had much interaction online since our internet access in the office is blocked. I used to change the proxy settings and I can check LJ and myspace (too bad friendster and gmail is blocked too). The other day, they blocked the proxy that I was using. Out of boredom, I tried changing a part of the proxy I was using and boom... I'm back!!! I'm able to go online again. An officemate told me to visit this site, www.pandora.com - A free web radio where you can create your own station and listen to all your fave music. Believe me... it's fun... kept me awake at work all night even if I only had 4 hours of sleep.

Speaking of not getting enough sleep, I'm still addicted to dvds. I texted tenziltech earlier and asked him if he saw the complete x-men animated series, he's been watching it for 2 weeks already. I just got it yesterday in St. Francis Square and it has 2 Discs, Seasons 1-5. I also got Voltes V and planning on getting Pokemon next week. It's really nice to buy those pirated 8-in-1 dvds.. cheap, cool, and fun.
Starbucks Planner
Usually, I arrive at Valero around 9:30 PM... 30 minutes early for my shift, I always bump into an officemate. The other day, I tried pepermint white mocha and I liked it. Of course, people has been coming in at starbucks more than usual because of the 2007 planner. I still have 13 stickers to go and I hope I get my it before christmas. It's nice to write your christmas wishlist, christmas present list, and your new year's resolution (not to mention all your credit card dues and budget for December... hay). Christmas is so near that I can feel the cool breeze every morning when I walk along Virgo Street in the subdivision where I live. hehe
Bebi
It's weird coz when I got home this morning, I almost forgot our 7th month... I just realized the date when I checked the reminders in my calendar before taking a shower. It's really different when you work at night, you get used to Eastern Time (palusot). Going back to christmas, until now, I can't find a nice christmas present for my bebi. I asked him and I'll get the this reply, "Ikaw anu ba gusto mung gift? Since amoy candy ung lotion mu, gusto mu isang malaking satsuma lotion na lang...?" Sabi ko... "isipin mu na lang na kapag ikaw ang binigyan ng gift, masaya ka kapag yan ang natanggap mu..." Then he would just smile... and at the back of my head, I would think and think of a really nice present for him. If you would get something really nice for christmas, what would that be?
DOTA
I haven't played much DotA lately... Only on Saturday nights when I feel like hanging out with my geeky nature. Ahhh... I'm not that addicted to it anymore. Even Ate Pinks plays more RF than DotA. Still, I miss those times where I play LAN with (Billy, James, Phippo, Ken, Poma, Joma, Rocky, Wil)). =) For the meantime, I'll get back to work before I start procrastinating... hehe
